The Election Commission Cell (MoFA) is pleased to share a notification  (on postal ballot) issued by the Election Commission Secretariat (ECS) in connection with the 12th National Parliament Elections for your kind information and necessary action. As per the Circular, a voter's application is required to include his/her voter serial number in the voter roll. This serial number in the voters roll can be found in the 'Smart Election Management BD' app (a few screenshots enclosed) laun ched by Bangladesh Election Commission. For this, the voter has to log in with his/her NID number after registration in the app. The Mission is also requested to circulate this information along with the ECS notification for clarification.
